After School Club
After School Club is a childcare service open to all Mereworth Community Primary School children and is operated on school premises between the times of 3:15pm and 6:00pm. We aim to provide a safe, fun and enjoyable time for all pupils attending our childcare provision after school. We offer childcare in a safe, happy and relaxed environment whilst maintaining the same high level of values demonstrated throughout Mereworth Primary School.
During the first session, children will be provided with a small healthy snack and a drink. Children joining us for the third session will be given a choice of a small hot snack. We have a range of activities each day including crafts, games, outside play, I.C.T, use of the school library, and to finish off the week, a movie night! All staff are DBS approved and checked, work within the school during the day and have a good rapport with the children.

How to Book
Online via MyChildAtSchool.
1. Go on to the wraparound care section on the MCAS app.
2. Pick the days and sessions that you need.
3. If you are booking a sibling you need to use the sibling1 code along with the session you require.
4. If you are booking a pupil premium child please use the PP code along with the session you require.
All bookings will now have to made using the app (booking forms are no longer accepted) in advance for the term ahead.
Payment will need to be taken for at least a week in advance (you can pay for the whole term in advance if you wish). If we have not received your payment the week before your booked sessions, these may be cancelled. If you pay with vouchers, please let us know when payment has been made and we will add the payment to the system for you.
Changes to your booking can be made no later than a week in advance by phoning or emailing the office. The dedicated breakfast and after school email addresses will no longer be used. Please only use the office email, office@mereworth.kent.sch.uk.
We can still accept emergency bookings in exceptional circumstances. These would need to be to be booked by calling the office.
Please note; the 8am early drop off does not need to be booked in advance. You will be charged for this childcare service on your MCAS app.
